- a small kitchen 

- a bedroom with 1 and an half size bed elegantly decorated with antique forniture

Outside the amazing view of the Marta Valley, a big garden with flowers and herbs and an hammock.

The apartment has ADSL Internet WI-FI connection, TV and DVD player with Dolby Sorround. Use of washing machine.

The Piano apartment is situated in the Tuscia area of Lazio, 110 km from Rome Fiumicino and Rome Ciampino Airpport, 15 km from the lake of Bolsena, 24 km from the Tirrenian cost, 15 km from the thermal baths of the medieval city of Viterbo.
